Le Running Dynamics Pod se clipse facilement à votre ceinture pour mesurer les Running Dynamics (analyse de la foulée) dont vous avez besoin pour vous dépasser. Vous pouvez ainsi courir sans ceinture cardio-fréquencemètre. Une fois l'appareil couplé à votre montre compatible, clipsez-le dans votre dos, au centre de votre ceinture, puis courez comme d'habitude.

Consultez et analysez des métriques de course importantes comme la cadence, la longueur de vos foulées, le temps de contact au sol, l'équilibre au temps de contact au sol, l'oscillation verticale et le rapport vertical. Ces mesures biomécaniques peuvent vous aider à comprendre votre façon de courir pour que vous puissiez améliorer vos performances lors de vos futures courses.
Comment ça marche ?
Le Running Dynamics Pod dispose d'un accéléromètre qui mesure les mouvements de votre buste et en déduit 6 métriques de course :
- La cadence correspond au nombre de pas par minute. Elle indique le nombre total de pas effectués (pieds gauche et droit combinés).
- L'équilibre au temps de contact au sol affiche l'équilibre gauche/droite au moment où vous touchez le sol avec votre pied lorsque vous courez. Il s'affiche sous forme de pourcentage. Par exemple, 53,2 avec une flèche pointant vers la gauche ou vers la droite.
- La longueur de foulée correspond à la longueur de votre foulée d'un pas à un autre. Elle est exprimée en mètres.
- L'oscillation verticale correspond au rebond lorsque vous courez. Elle montre le mouvement vertical de votre buste, exprimé en centimètres pour chaque pas. Plus celle-ci est élevée plus vous courez vers le haut au lieu de courir vers l'avant. Il y a donc une perte d'énergie.
- Le rapport vertical est le ratio de votre oscillation verticale par rapport à votre longueur de foulée. Il s'affiche sous forme de pourcentage. Si ce rapport est faible, cela indique généralement que votre technique de course est bonne.
- Le temps de contact au sol correspond au temps passé le pied posé au sol à chaque pas lorsque vous courez. Il est exprimé en millisecondes. Plus celui-ci est important, moins votre foulée est dynamique.

SHIPMENTS
All shipments are processed from our offices in Rome and are handled by leading international couriers based on the final destination, weight and value of the order.
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
The delivery of the products is carried out within 4 working days from the confirmation of the order (you will receive an email containing the tracking code of your order).
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00.
It is not possible in any way to fix the time and / or day of delivery of the products, nor is it possible to request delivery to post office boxes.
The contribution for transport costs calculated during the order may vary in cases where the bulk and / or weight of the goods exceeds the minimum weight / overall dimensions.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the relevant communication
to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and therefore makes the purchase indicating the Fiscal Code and not the VAT number, has the right to withdraw from the remote purchase contract within 14 calendar days starting from receipt of the order (Legislative Decree 21/2014 of 21 February 2014) by preferably sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt at the address:

It is possible to send a PEC (Certified Electronic Mail) instead of the registered letter to the address appieffegroup@pec.it only if this is sent in turn from a certified email address.
It is also possible to request the right of withdrawal via the "GOODS RETURN" link in the customer profile of our site, once logged in with login and password, without necessarily sending registered letters or other communications.
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the arrival of the object at our office.
NB: The costs of returning defective or non-compliant goods will be at our expense.
APPIEFFE GROUP SRL is not liable for any damage that the goods may suffer during transport, nor for any theft, loss or tampering that may occur in this phase. It is therefore suggested to make insured shipments.
