WARRANTY
APPIEFFE GROUP SRL guarantees the private consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form) the products for 24 months in compliance with Legislative Decree no. .Lgs n. 206 of 2005.
In the case of customers who have purchased with a VAT number, the warranty is 12 months unless the manufacturer's conventional warranty provides for longer times.

APPIEFFE GROUP SRL declares that the delivered products comply with those present and described in the online catalog, are new and covered by the official manufacturer's warranty. Any obvious defects must be reported by the Customer in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 206 of 2005 art. 132.

In case of lack of conformity, APPIEFFE GROUP SRL undertakes to restore the conformity of the product by repairing (also using external assistance centers), replacement (with an equivalent or superior product) or by reducing the price, until the contract is terminated. . If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred by APPIEFFE GROUP SRL.

On-site or on-center assistance, for the products that require it, is managed directly by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs required by the Authorized Service, as well as any transport costs incurred.

No damage can be requested from APPIEFFE GROUP SRL for the time needed to carry out repairs or replacements.

In cases where the application of the Guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ... ); to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided.

Requests for warranty interventions must be reported by sending an e-mail to assistenza@trippodo.com indicating:

    the type of product with its serial number (if any);
    the number and date shown on the sales document (Invoice / Fiscal Receipt)

The Customer receives an email to the registration address communicating the RMA number (Return of Authorized Goods) and all the instructions to proceed.

The product will be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced with an equal, equivalent or superior one.

All product shipments will be rejected at the sender's expense:

    not including original packaging, accessories and manuals.
    Received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and therefore damaged during transport, the Warranty does not cover damage due to the non-use of the original packaging and adequate protective external safety packaging not authorized by the service center.

In cases of warranty interventions on Hard Disks or various storage devices, APPIEFFE GROUP SRL cannot be held responsible for the loss of data on the product being serviced.

If the product is tampered with, the labels identifying the Serial or Part Number and / or the guarantee seal (where present) are removed or tampered with, APPIEFFE GROUP SRL reserves the right to accept the validity of the Guarantee.

Any warranty is considered void in cases where the product is damaged voluntarily, due to improper use, incorrect or bad use, following interventions or modifications by unauthorized personnel, in relation to defects or non-functioning as a result of normal deterioration. or in case of damage from atmospheric agents or electrostatic discharges.

The warranty does not cover, even if present in the warranty certificate, magnetic media, cartridges or ribbons and printer heads, rechargeable batteries and in general all material subject to wear. APPIEFFE GROUP SRL does not provide any warranty on software products, including the related material and documentation, in relation to their installation (even if in OEM and pre-installed version), quality, performance or suitability for particular purposes. All software products are distributed "seen and liked" and are sold only under the conditions established by the relative license agreements.

Conventionally, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things.

To take advantage of the guarantee, it is essential to present a document proving the purchase.

In the event of changes to the Warranty Conditions APPIEFFE GROUP SRL will apply the conditions present on the Warranty for products in force at the time of purchase by the Customer.
