APPIEFFE GROUP SRL guarantees private Consumers (natural persons purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity) the products for 24 months in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005.
In the case of Customers who have purchased with a VAT number, the Warranty is 12 months unless the Manufacturer's conventional Warranty provides for a longer period.
APPIEFFE GROUP SRL declares that the products delivered conform to those present and described in the on-line catalogue, are new and covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. Any evident defects must be reported by the Customer in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 art. 132.
In the event of a conformity defect, APPIEFFE GROUP SRL undertakes to restore conformity by repair (also by using external service centres), replacement (with an equivalent or superior product) or reduction of the price, up to termination of the contract. If, following intervention by an Authorised Assistance Centre, the defect does not turn out to be a conformity defect pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any verification and repair costs requested by the Authorised Assistance Centre, as well as transport costs if incurred by APPIEFFE GROUP SRL.
On-site or on-center assistance, for products that provide for it, is managed directly by the manufacturer. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in accordance with the procedures illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorised Service Centre, the defect turns out not to be covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and repair costs required by the Authorised Service Centre, as well as any transport costs incurred.
No damages can be claimed from APPIEFFE GROUP SRL for the time needed to carry out repairs or replacements.

In cases where the application of the Warranties provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); in order to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly onto the original product packaging must be avoided.
Warranty claims should be reported by sending an e-mail to assistenza@trippodo.com indicating
- the type of product with its serial number (if any);
- the number and date on the sales document (Invoice/Tax Receipt)
The Customer receives an email at the registration address communicating the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and all the instructions for proceeding.
The product will be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced with an equal, equivalent or superior product.
All shipments of products will be returned to the Sender, at the Sender's expense:
1. not including original packaging, accessories and manuals.
2. Received with unsuitable or inadequate outer packaging and therefore damaged during transport, the Warranty does not cover damage due to failure to use the original packaging and adequate protective outer safety packaging not authorised by the service centre
In cases of warranty work on Hard Disks or various storage devices APPIEFFE GROUP SRL cannot be held responsible for data loss on the product being serviced.

Should the product be tampered with, the labels identifying the Serial or Part Number and/or the warranty seal (where present) be removed or tampered with, APPIEFFE GROUP SRL reserves the right to accept the validity of the Warranty.

All warranties are understood to be forfeited in cases where the product is damaged intentionally, due to improper use or misuse, as a result of interventions or modifications made by unauthorised personnel, in relation to defects or non-functioning as a result of normal wear and tear, or in the event of damage caused by atmospheric agents or electrostatic discharges.
The warranty does not cover, even if included in the warranty certificate, magnetic media, cartridges or ribbons and printer heads, rechargeable batteries and in general all material subject to wear and tear. APPIEFFE GROUP SRL does not provide warranty on software products, including related material and documentation, with regard to their installation (even if OEM and pre-installed), quality, performance or suitability for particular purposes. All software products are distributed "as seen and liked" and are sold only under the conditions set out in the relevant licence agreements.

Any right of the customer to damages or compensation as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property is hereby excluded.

To make use of the guarantee, proof of purchase is required.
In the event of changes to the Warranty Conditions APPIEFFE GROUP SRL will apply the conditions of the Product Warranty in force at the time of the Customer's purchase.
