Experts of Patented Heat Dissipation
When high efficiency is required, leave it to the professionals! The LEGEND 970 adopts dual-layer extruded aluminum fins¹ to create a dense air duct to divert hot and cold air. When heat is conducted upward, a built-in micro fan is used to remove thermal energy. This unique "active heat dissipation" design delivers significantly cooler temperatures than a fanless heatsink by 10%².
1The heatsink of this product is pre-installed. Please consider installation space before adopting this product and confirm whether your motherboard is supplied with an M.2 heatsink (refer to manufacturer board manual). If so, please remove it first and then install this product with its supplied heatsink.

QuiKTIPS : Active Cooling Analysis
How does active cooling work? Active cooling works by using a tightly adhered heat dissipation pad and a metal heat dissipator to transfer heat from the SSD. The double-layered aluminum fins help facilitate the heat transfer process. Additionally, a built-in fan draws cold air from openings on the nameplate and directs it towards the aluminum fins. The hot and cold air meet, and the rotation of the fan quickly expels the heat from both sides of the aluminum fins. This design provides superior heat dissipation compared to fanless heatsinks.

LEGEND 970 leverages the advantages of a SLC cache algorithm and DRAM Cache Buffer while featuring 4K random read/write IOPS up to 1,400K/1,400K, further improving the efficiency of multi-file processing. The LEGEND 970 also adopts a LDPC (Low Density Parity Check Code) error correction mechanism and AES 256-bit high-level encryption technology to ensure the accuracy of data transmission and the security of files.

SSD Toolbox ensures users utilize the latest Firmware version for the best performance and employs Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T.) to understand the health and remaining lifespan of SSDs, as well as the current operating temperature and storage capacity, so that users can track of SSD status at any time.

SHIPMENTS
All shipments are processed from our offices in Rome and are handled by leading international couriers based on the final destination, weight and value of the order.
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
The delivery of the products is carried out within 4 working days from the confirmation of the order (you will receive an email containing the tracking code of your order).
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00.
It is not possible in any way to fix the time and / or day of delivery of the products, nor is it possible to request delivery to post office boxes.
The contribution for transport costs calculated during the order may vary in cases where the bulk and / or weight of the goods exceeds the minimum weight / overall dimensions.
Should the shipping address differ from the billing address, please specify it in the notes accompanying the order to avoid unnecessary delays.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the relevant communication
to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and therefore makes the purchase indicating the Fiscal Code and not the VAT number, has the right to withdraw from the remote purchase contract within 14 calendar days starting from receipt of the order (Legislative Decree 21/2014 of 21 February 2014) by preferably sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt at the address:

It is also possible to request the right of withdrawal via the "GOODS RETURN" link in the customer profile of our site, once logged in with login and password, without necessarily sending registered letters or other communications.
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the arrival of the object at our office.
NB: The costs of returning defective or non-compliant goods will be at our expense.
APPIEFFE GROUP SRL is not liable for any damage that the goods may suffer during transport, nor for any theft, loss or tampering that may occur in this phase. It is therefore suggested to make insured shipments.
