By using a thermal imaging module with a resolution of 160x120 and Infrared Assisted Measurement (IGM) technology, the DM285 allows you to visually locate an electrical problem, which speeds up your work and increases its efficiency.
Thanks to the IGM function, switchboards, connectors and cables can be checked from a safe distance without the need for direct contact.
Once the problem has been identified with IGM, the DM285 allows the results to be checked and confirmed with advanced contact measurement functions that enable the resolution of even the most complex electrical problems.
The device will be perfect for applications such as installation and service of electronic devices, electrical installations in commercial buildings, smaller industrial installations, field service and servicing of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
The DM285 uses a unique Bluetooth® interface that enables wireless data transmission by connecting to the FLIR Tools Mobile ™ app on compatible mobile devices.
The DM285 is also compatible with the new FLIR InSite ™ workflow management tool for optimized inspection routing, accurate documentation, customer information sharing and instant reporting.
The FLIR DM285-FK set includes the flexible FLIR TA74 measuring clamps, which facilitate work and extend the capabilities of your multimeter. The slim 18-inch long flexible coil clamp and locking mechanism allow measurements to be taken in tight or awkward locations - making them ideal for multi-lead measurements that require double wrap and deeper access. The connection is a standard banana plug and the output is a voltage indicator, so they are compatible with most DMMs and clamp meters, regardless of brand.
The included Li-Poly FLIR TA04 battery extends the operating time of the device to 12 hours. The set includes a wall charger with EU, UK, US, AU and CN adapters.

SHIPMENTS
All shipments are processed from our offices in Rome and are handled by leading international couriers based on the final destination, weight and value of the order.
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
The delivery of the products is carried out within 4 working days from the confirmation of the order (you will receive an email containing the tracking code of your order).
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 18.00.
It is not possible in any way to fix the time and / or day of delivery of the products, nor is it possible to request delivery to post office boxes.
The contribution for transport costs calculated during the order may vary in cases where the bulk and / or weight of the goods exceeds the minimum weight / overall dimensions.
Should the shipping address differ from the billing address, please specify it in the notes accompanying the order to avoid unnecessary delays.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the relevant communication
to exercise the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and therefore makes the purchase indicating the Fiscal Code and not the VAT number, has the right to withdraw from the remote purchase contract within 14 calendar days starting from receipt of the order (Legislative Decree 21/2014 of 21 February 2014) by preferably sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt at the address:

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the arrival of the object at our office.
NB: The costs of returning defective or non-compliant goods will be at our expense.
